My Happy Place is with the Dogs
Pet care experience
Dog owner. Dog lover. Dog walker. Dog sitter. All things dogs! I began dogsitting and dog walking more than 20 years ago and I continue to do so to this day. I would dog sit at other homes for up to 2 weeks. I once dog sat for a vet who went out of town and that consisted of taking care of a Great Dane, a gerbil, and a snake. I rescued my very-laid-back dog Chewie (formerly Charlie) through the Hawaii Dog Foundation back in May 2018 (May 26 video of me and Charlie on their FB page). He is my old man and I love him to pieces. Chewie is a huge blessing in my life and I am glad I can give him the life he deserves. I recently moved back to the area (April 2023) from Hawaii to help take care of my dad. I love taking care of animals and want to continue doing so. Feel free to contact me! Audrey is simply the best! She is my go-to when I need a sitter. She has so much love for my dog and my dog is so comfortable with her. She goes above and beyond to make sure our pup is cared for while we are away.
Audrey is the best, you can tell she really cares for animals and respects our home. Our dog just loves her visits and spending time with her. She is great at keeping me up to date on her visits with many photos and long notes, making our time always easier because we know our pup is taken care of.
Audrey provided such good care to our dog while we were away! Our pup has a quirky personality and he warmed right up to her. She was very detailed in her communication with me and sent plenty of photos to keep me updated. We will definitely use her again!

Any medical issues? Any special diets? Does your dog get along with other dogs? Has your dog ever bitten anyone? What activities does your dog like to do? Is your dog okay with big dogs (my dog is 70 lbs). Does your dog have separation anxiety? Is your dog scared by loud noises such as fireworks? What is your dog's favorite activity? Is your dog fine uncrated?
A typical day
Walks in the neighborhood, on the beach, on trails, and hikes on Aiea loop. We would go to dog parks, meet and greet other dogs. Play time with your dog, lots of cuddling and kisses if your dog doesn't mind.

Availability
My work is fully remote! I work on Hawaii time so morning care and lunch time are perfect as well as dinner time! Walks are included in drop-in visits so there is no extra charge.
