Pet care experience
I'm an animal lover, through and through! My husband, Jimmy, and I have been taking care of dogs through Rover for about two years now and we love having pups come to stay! We've hosted a variety of breeds; from small pups, like Shih Tzus and Maltese, up to shepherds, doodles and labs. Our dogs, Iggy and Cooper, are super sociable and always up to make new friends! We have toys and bones galore, as well as a large fenced in back yard where pups can play and potty. Please know that your furry family member will be loved like they're our own :)

Audra has been great with my puppy Pauley. She took great care of him. Her puppy Cooper and Pauley became good friends and were inseparable ?. Audra sent me pictures regularly and kept me up to date. She was also kind enough to accommodate to my early morning timings. Highly recommend her.

This was my first time boarding Rigby away from home. She’s antisocial with other dogs and can be somewhat neurotic (to say the least). Audra and Jimmy were great and we’re very patient with her quirkiness. It was obvious she was well cared for and that they let her adjust to the setting and the other dogs at her own pace. It was apparent that she bonded with Jimmy as “her person” in the pack. She’s happy to be home, but we even got the impression after we picked her up last night that she missed them. I would definitely recommend!

Please let me know if your dog has ever had any negative experiences or reactivity to cats. Our kitties are able to stay upstairs and are protected by a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. So even if your dog has never been around cats or you're not sure, that's totally fine :) Let me know about any special care needs, food restrictions, exercise expectations/restrictions, reactivity.
A typical day
Our house is located close to a stretch of the Chester Valley Trail, so we love to go on walks. A typical day at our house has a lot of playing with stuffed toys, ropes and bones, being able to go out in our fenced in backyard to run zoomies and get some sunshine, and evening walks to get some exercise.

I work about 10 minutes from home and am able to go home on lunch for mid-day potty breaks and some evenings I work remotely from home. Our lives already revolve a lot around our pups, so yours become part of our routine as well :)
