Pet care experience
I have worked with foster friends and families, pets alike, from bottle baby kittens and puppies to old dogs with bags of meds. Whether its laser pointed high energy or slow days searching for the best sunbeam, I have worked with and care for all kinds of critters. Not only have I privately worked in petcare, I also spent a year working with animal transports driving the cargo van, and caring for all 60 plus animals for the weekend on their way to a new forever home up north.

We have used used Audra R. many times for dog sitting and care. She is a very capable and caring individual and has a wonderful way with dogs. She seems to have intuition when it comes to animals and how to relate to them. There have been times she has noticed something about our pet that we missed and offered helpful tips. I was having a difficult time keeping the hair around our dogs eyes cleaner, and Audra showed me a tool and technique for doing that a better way. I definitely recommend her.
Audra is wonderful, she has been helping me with my dogs and cats for year. She's come over, when I'm out of town. To check on them and feed them course. She always dose an amazing job taking care of them and my home.

I prefer to ask clients how they prefer to care for their loved ones. Everyone has their own special way of caring for their pets. Some give treats each bathroom break, others give snacks before bed, some need brushed more than twice a day, and some have cute little quirks. I always think it's best to discuss with the client their expectations for the service and abide by those put forth. I personally like to leave a place cleaner than I found it without being obtrusive. I always include pet hair in pet care, both on and off the floor.

Dogs and cats have personalities just like people, and I like knowing how their loved ones interact with them at home and how they prefer they be cared for. I always want to know their favorite and least favorite spots to be loved on. It's also important to go over any medical concerns and ask how the animal interacts with other animals.
A typical day
I love being able to find the activity that an animal loves. No matter if it is playing fetch or playing with a special toy I love watching the way cats and dogs can light up doing something they really enjoy.

Availability
I am currently going to school online leaving my schedule mostly open, I do have commitments with my family as I help my grandmother and her husband around the house and garden once or twice a week. My husband and I do not have kids so I am available overnight and early in the morning without complication.
