Pet care experience
Hello! I’m a veterinarian in between jobs currently- moving from DC to Boston soon. I graduated from LSU vet school and have extensive experience in caring for all kinds of animals. I’ve pet sat for over 2 decades, including dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, amphibians, birds and more. I will walk, play with and feed your pet however you instruct me to do so! I am comfortable and trained to administer medications if necessary and if an animal emergency were to happen, I am equipped and prepared to handle any situation as a trained veterinarian. I am happy to stay overnight at your place or just walk/visit with your dog as scheduled. I promise I will care for your pet and treat them as my own.

Aubrey was great! My little dachshund can be a handful, but she knew how to take care of him. He can be quite aggressive, but she kept him and herself safe by following my instructions and using her previous knowledge from Vet school. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone. Plus, I got lots of cute update photos and videos!
Aubrey is the best! She takes great care of my dogs and they're not the easiest to deal with either! She's very conscientious and reliable. She's also in vet school, loves animals, and is going to be a great doctor soon! If I could only pick one person to watch my pets, it would be Aubrey!

I walk my own dog 3-4 times a day. We play daily and enjoy spending time in the AC. My dog takes medicine twice daily, so I always account for that in our schedule.

Do they have any medical issues (on any medications, prior injuries or surgeries, etc). Are they good on the leash? Are they okay at dog parks? Are they aggressive towards other dogs? Were they adopted? Is there anything specific I should know about them? I do not have any breed preference. I love all dogs and am comfortable watching any breed.
A typical day
I live in a cute little neighborhood in DC. If you live near, we will walk around and explore but if not we will walk around your place! If you are fine with your dogs going to dog parks (and if they are well behaved off the leash) then I am happy to take them around town during the cooler parts of the day. (I would never take your dog to the dog park without your permission.) We will probably stay in the AC often do to the heat index honestly!!
