I have worked at a humane society. I have worked with cats, large breeds like mastiffs and hounds, and of course smaller breeds. I have had experience with small animals and some reptiles. I will watch your animals at your house or mine, but I will not do overnight at your house. I have given medications before, and clipped nails. My home does have stairs to get to the entrance. I do have access to a dog park, as long as your dog is UTD with vaccines. I have one cat, two dogs full of energy (a pug and a dachshund), and I have two ferrets that are allowed out of their cage, but with supervision and only limited to one room of the house. I have worked with blind and deaf animals.
