I have taken care of dogs and cats for the past 9 years both at home and in a shelter environment. I have experience with all ages of dogs but have a special place in my heart for senior dogs. I volunteered as a dog walker and socializer for 4 years at Wayside Waifs. During my time there I also completed a basic dog training course and a dog behavior/body language course. These experiences have taught me invaluable skills that allow me to provide even better care for your dog! I had a reputation in my neighborhood growing up as the kid that would capture and return dogs that escaped yards and houses. Although my family didn't have dogs of our own until I was older, we always had a slip-lead on hand because of my talent for befriending every single roaming dog and my desire to get them home safely. I've always been a huge dog lover, and can't wait to share that love with your dog!
