Pet care experience
My name's Athena and my fella and I own a nice little home in Rose Park. I've had dogs all my life and I absolutely love them all. I've spent more time with larger breeds, but I love all shapes and sizes. I live a few blocks away from a dog park and a quick drive from a wonderful dog-friendly hiking trail, which I use frequently and love. I'm available Saturday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday evening from 5:00 on. I'm attentive, active, tidy and I have my own really sweet 7-month old puppy named Peabody would love a friend to play with during the day. Our house is equipped with a doggy door and a wide variety of toys and activities. There are even two sandboxes for playing in! For smaller or older dogs that would enjoy a laid back outdoor experience, I have a bike trailer rigged with a harness for strolls down the Jordan River Parkway. I have reliable transportation (a very dog-proof truck) and am punctual and prudent. I would love to hang out with your doggo!

Athena is the best! But beware: If you let her take care of your pup, the dog probably won't care if you ever come back. Athena's an extremely dependable human and a top-rated dog mom*. Your dog will be belly-scratched to their heart's content, fed promptly, and taken for some top-notch walks. Plus, Athena is really good at singing custom love ballads about your dog, to your dog. I would trust her with my pup, and really any living thing I hold dear. *as voted by Athena's own dog, who is probably the happiest canine I've ever met and a delight to be around.
Athena loves dogs. She stops and visits every dog wherever she goes, and nothing makes her happier than a puppy. She's patient with dogs' individual personalities and great at following specific guidelines for different households. She's totally trustworthy and when in your home will treat it with care and leave it in better shape than she found it. She also talks, sings, and engages with her furry friends the entire time they're in her care.

I have no breed preferences except that my house may be a tad small for giant breeds. A general outline would be fine. What are your dogs needs/particulars; are they potty-trained; Do you have any particular routines I should adhere to, etc. etc. I do have a dog of my own, so any issues with aggression or territorial behavior would need to be disclosed.
A typical day
A dog staying with me can enjoy trips to the dog park, trips to Dog Lake, the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, and City Creek, rides in the bike trailer, walks down the Jordan River Parkway, games of fetch and hide and go seek. We'll do all sorts of things!
