Hello there! My name is Athena and I was born a dog lover! I started training dogs for AKC shows when I was 10 and stopped at the age of 13. I miss working with dogs everyday, but my healthcare job keeps me busy. I’ve grown up with dogs in my home my whole life. I have babysat, dog watched, and house sat for the last 10 years. I can do long stays or short stays, overnights or drop in visits ! The longest I am willing to stay in someone’s home is two weeks. I work as an EMT on 12 hour day shifts. I have a rotating and flexible schedule and I would be happy to work out a schedule for your Furbaby!

Athena called me when she arrived at the house. My dog, Bella, is a little unsure with strangers at first, and not super comfortable during the first few encounters usually. This time, with Athena, she sat next to her on the sofa the 2nd day..a sure sign she was content! I'm very happy I chose Athena to assist.
