Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Athena and I would love to take care of your four legged family member(s). I am currently in school at Csumb and am majoring in biology. I have years of experience working with dogs and many other animals. I have been walking dogs and pet sitting since I was 11 and have experience with all kinds of breeds. I work with young and old, large and small and even those with special needs. I have always loved caring for dogs and always do my best to get to know the dog personally. Previous clients and their dogs have always been pleased and happy to see me. If you wish for more info please feel free to contact me and ask questions. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Currently I do go to school and work a part-time job during the week. Most days I am at either one from 10am to 5pm but there are other days where I am gone only till two or I am free till noon.

Athena is a wonderful person and was excellent with our dog. Our dog takes a long time to warm up to people, but it was obvious Athena really knows and loves dogs and knew how to care for her. We have always been nervous leaving our dog with a sitter because she does not interact well with other dogs and new people, but Athena handled this beautifully. We will definitely use her again.
Athena house sat for a week for our 2 pit mix dogs and did a great job. They had a good time hanging out with her and snuggling in bed at night. Athena sent us daily pics and when the stay was over she took out the trash and made the bed. She even brought in our mail without being asked. Well done.
Athena is a very sweet and caring young woman who loves animals. She responsibly watched our home, dog and parrot during the week we were gone on vacation out of state. We received pictures and texts throughout the week. Athena has been around animals her entire life. It was clear to us that she has genuine concern for their welfare. She works at the university and the SPCA and is working hercway through college as a biology major-with the expressed intention of becoming a vet technician. We would hire Athena again and recommend her as a conscientious, animal loving sitter.
Athena is incredible with animals and has a lot of experience with a variety of animals and has worked with all ages/medical conditions (very young and very old). She is extremely responsible and I trust her entirely. It's comforting to have her looking after my dog Mary when I go out of town. I know my little girl is in good hands which makes me feel better leaving her.
