Since February of 2019, I have been a professional furry friend caregiver on Rover but personally have been caring for pets since I was big enough (3) to hold my first cat, Shadow. 😊 Although, currently, I do not have any pets to call my own. When caring for your furry family member, I am flexible and patient and will just love to share some time with your dog or cat! Before Rover, the most recent experience I have was helping with the care of an Akita for about six years. The Akita (named Aki) was my roommate’s dog and I was responsible for making sure she got plenty of exercise and attention while my roommate was away. So, I am very comfortable with large energetic dogs. Previously, I shared caring responsibilities of a Jack Russel terrier mix for a few years. He was such a joy to have around and loved to play games and do tricks. Kitty cats are my first love. When I was 8, I convinced my mom to adopt two strays (G.P. and Missy). These two beautiful creatures were with us for about 17 years. They are missed everyday.
