Caring for Animals is my Life!
Pet care experience
I have a degree in wildlife conservation ecology and have been studying and loving animals my whole life. In fact, I hope to one day be able to use my degree to care for and help conservation efforts in zoos! I have always been looking for and taking opportunities to care for animals. Growing up I would walk every dog, feed every gold fish, and take care of any pet I could! I spent several years caring and training horses during high school, and have since hand raised and trained my emotional support dog as close to service dog regulations as possible. We go on long walks daily, and have cared for neighbors and friends dogs in the past. I am here to care for your animals with as much passion as I care for mine!

Ashton is the best! This is our second time having her pet/house sit. We feel so comfortable leaving our two dogs with her and know that she loves them like we do! She stayed in our home and we were able to go on vacation knowing our dogs were happy in their own space. So grateful for a trustworthy and kind person to take care of our pups!
Ashton is awesome with my dogs! I never have to worry about them when they are with her, she is honest and dependable beyond words. I highly recommend Ashton as a caregiver to your pet/kid friends!
I have witnessed Ashton taking care of and training her dog in an office setting. Her love for her dog was obvious but perhaps more importantly, I observed her using consistency, firmness, and kindness in her training and care. Ashton is very personable and will work well with the dog’s humans. Lastly, I noticed that Ashton’s dog was well groomed and kept clean/healthy. I believe she completed much of the grooming bathing duties herself.

I am able to care for you pet in your home as you would care for them, whether it is an overnight stay at your home or evening walks. My dog is an important member of my family, and I will treat you animal with the same love and respect. I am able to feed according to your instructions, give them a bath and brush them as required, give lots of cuddles, and walk them as far as is healthy for their size and breed. I have experience with administering oral and topical medications, and can change any bandages if required.

I would love to know if your animal is good with other pets, and what pet species they prefer. If they need special care or have allergies, just let me know and I will take extra precautions to keep them safe and healthy. Whatever is critical to their health and safety, I need to know.
A typical day
We will do whatever your dog loves! Long walks? Done! Playing fetch until to their hearts content? I'm here for it! Cuddles? I can't get enough! I am willing to go on adventures, car rides, trips to the pet store, whatever your animal needs! I am also more than willing to take adventure cats on walks, or any other animal who loves some good outside time! Water time, whether in a river, pool, sprinkler, or hose, is also something I am more than willing to do! Just tell me what they love or where they want to go, and I am there for it!

Availability
I have an 8-5 job, but am able to do overnight at-home sitting if the dog has easy access to a backyard during the day. I also take my dog on long walks in the afternoon and on weekends, and would be happy to include your pup in that routine!
