Big dogs make my heart happy.
Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for animals since I was 15 years old. Recently I was the primary caregiver for a 90 lb pitbull/bully mix who I ADORED. He moved back across the country but my love for dogs stayed. Not only am I familiar with taking care of dogs of all sizes, but I love playing with them and doing activities that tire them out so you have a happy and sleep dog when you return! I am calm, patient, love snuggles and don’t mind the fur or drool!

In my own home I do not have a yard but I have a neighbor who loves dogs allows us to use her yard that is fenced in for them to run and play (she even provides bowls of water, toys and a little kid swimming pool for the summer!) For overnight care my house is smaller but am happy to take the dog out for walks and potty breaks as needed outside of play time. I am very comfortable coming to the owner’s home to care for the dog in an environment they are comfortable in as well.

A typical day
Running around in my neighbors enclosed big back yard, playing with the hose or with toys, hiking Cherry Canyon early in the morning before it gets too warm for the dogs.
