I live in an apartment close to many parks and trails with my 4.5 year old rescue, Reeses Pieces. We frequent state parks, lakes to paddleboard together, Jeep trails, dog parks and breweries/dog friendly patios in the cities! Your pup will be comfortable with us and definitely come home tired even without a yard to play in. I used to do Rover when I lived in a house and Reese misses the companionship, but I can't own a second dog right now so this is the best of both worlds! I have experience with puppies and older dogs, timid rescues (as long as they are okay with my dog) and medications in pill/liquid form.
