I have taken care of animals my entire life as I always had pets around the home. However I started taking care of family and friends pets seriously for the past 8 years. My mother is a dog trainer so I have spent plenty of time with dogs and training and LOVE taking care of fluffs. I have had numerous revolving clients for years and had a list of responsibilities in dog sitting for extended periods of time. I have experience working with senior togs on varying medications, handicapped dogs that required more hands-on physical support, excited puppies who love to play, play play, and anxious dogs who have some separation anxiety- to help them I have done things like using natural oils safe for dogs that calms them and implemented different t-touch techniques to bring those stress hormones down :) I know how to train small behaviors and commands and am very experienced in leash training on walks so pups learn how to walk appropriately (aka not pulling you or lunging for other dogs). Since I am a college student having my own dog is not entirely possible and so I want to at least get to be around pups and play like I have my whole life.
