I grew up on a farm with lots of animals and dogs. In the past, my family has had German Shepherds, Labradors, and Wheaton terriers. Currently, I'm a proud owner of a 1 year old Bulldog named Beta. My mom has a successful Rover account, and this summer I helped her walk dogs. I also did a lot of house-sitting for dog owners who went on vacations during the summer. I "babysat"a very sweet Shih Tzu once a week while his parents went on date night! I'm a junior at Stephens College, which has been named the most pet-friendly campus in the country. I encounter all kids of dogs (and even a pig!) while walking to class from my apartment. I am not taking many classes this semester, which leaves me with a lot of free time during the day. I'm a very responsible person and I have a reliable car for transportation. I'm experienced in handling many different types of temperaments and breeds. I raised my Bulldog from 8 weeks old, and he has turned out to be a very well-behaved and lovable dog. I've had great feedback from all of the dog owners that I have cared for. My love for animals has recently led me to become a vegan, so my compassion for all animals is genuine.
