Hello! My name is Ashley and I currently reside in Newton, KS. I joined Rover to gain a little extra income and because I LOVE dogs and feel like this is the perfect job for a pet lover like myself! I live with my 8 year old son who really enjoys helping out with the dogs and loves to keep them entertained. Although he is my helper, I will always be the primary caretaker for your dog! I've dealt with several different breeds of dogs such as Italian Greyhound, Golden Retriever, Doberman and Dachshund, just to name a few, and have owned multiple dogs throughout my life. I treat my dog as my child and would do the same for any dog I cared for! I enjoy taking pictures so I'll send as many pictures and updates as you prefer. I've known Ashley for many years and she has always been my go-to person to take care of my dogs when I leave town. She is great with my dogs and I know I can always depend on her. She always goes the extra step to make sure my dogs are at home when away from home.
Ashely was great about getting back to us with any questions and wasn’t afraid to ask questions in order for Aurora to be as comfortable as possible! I also really appreciated the pictures!

A typical day
My son and I are both pretty active and he's created quite the bond with every dog we have watched. We would be more than willing to run/jog with your dog if they are able to. If they don't prefer quite as much activity, we'd be glad to just keep them company or throw a ball around for them in the yard.

I'm currently working from home so my schedule is very flexible. I'm able to set up walks or check-in's anytime throughout the day or evenings when needed.
