Pet care experience
I've grown up having raised and loved several dogs of my own in the past. I am passionate about the quality of life that all animals deserve to have, and I personally try to do my part in being the most effective care-taker to all animals that I come across in my life. I am currently a full-time student attending University of California, Santa Cruz. I am originally from LA, so unfortunately I do not have any of my dogs here with me. However, my family and I are the proud owners of five dogs that are currently residing with my dad and step-mom back at our home in LA. I truly do love and appreciate all living creatures, but I find dogs to be particularly lovable. (:

Medium to small dogs are preferable, due to my small-stature, (I'm 5'1"/100 lbs), just to ensure the safety of both myself and the dog. Whether or not the dog is skittish, has a tendency to bite, any health problems, or gets nervous around other dogs are all relevant information to notify me with prior to the date/time of our arrangement.
A typical day
Depending on the personality of the dog of course, our walks have the potential for going to the park, around the neighborhood, to the beach, etc. Anywhere that we choose to go would also be discussed with the owner prior to our descent, and the level of comfort that the owner has with us going places will determine what we find most suitable.
