Pet care experience
I have been a neighborhood dog/cat sitter for more than 10 years and have cared for an array of pets of my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs (both behavioral and medical) and I am comfortable administering medicine. I have been the primary sitter for a diabetic dog that my friend owns and for another dog with severe arthritis and separation anxiety. I comfortable with multiple pet households and love going for long walks around the neighborhood so that your fur child can get lots of exercise! I have two cats of my own and I enjoy playing with them and giving them all of the love and attention that they want. As with the dogs, my cats have needed medications in the past and I am comfortable giving whatever they need to them.

I do not do home services at my home because I currently have two senior cats. However, I am more than willing to watch your pet at your house if you are comfortable with that arrangement.

Their activity level, how they are with other dogs, special treats that they are allowed to have (and how much of that treat), what is their favorite activity (I had one dog that loved to play with the hose outside), and whatever the own thinks is important!
A typical day
I love finding out the dogs favorite activities and making sure that we fit in that activity during our walks/visits. There is a community park near my house that I would be happy to take your dog to for some exercise! I am also comfortable with their usual route or exploring the neighborhood where the dog lives.

Availability
I work full-time at NKU. Currently I am working Monday-Wednesday in the office and Thursday/Friday remotely. However, as of July 6th I will be returning to a full work week in-person (8:15-4:30). If you need weekday care I am still happy to provide it around my work schedule. I am willing to stay with your pets 24/7 when not in the office.
