Pet care experience
We are adventurous dog parents who love spending time with our pup, Shelby. We go for long walks, moderate hikes, and love to play fetch and play with other dogs. Shelby is up-to-date on all her shots and takes heart worm, flea and tick preventatives. We always check her for ticks when we are done hiking or walking in wooded areas. Shelby loves to snooze on the couch and cuddle with my Fiance, Steven and I. We have always wanted more dogs, so Rover gives us that luxury! We'd love to meet you and your pup or cat! We can give oral medication, feed on schedule, teach tricks, give baths, trim nails, and keep dogs close on their leash. Thank you for reading, talk to you soon!

Ashley did a wonderful job watching Zack. I was able to set up a meet and greet the same day I first contacted her, and I felt totally comfortable leaving him with her after meeting her and her fiancé. While Zack was staying with her, she took the dogs for a hike at a local park and I can tell Zack really enjoyed himself because he was totally pooped when he returned home the next day. I appreciate that she was really flexible about drop-off and pick-up, and very easy to reach if I ever wanted to check in and see how Zack was doing. All-in-all great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again the next time I go away for a weekend.
The care that Ashley provided for our dog was above and beyond all that we hoped for. We look forward to booking future stays with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for dog care.
Ashley is the most amazing dog lover I know. . She has watched my two dogs on multiple occasions, they get so excited each time they see her and she treats them as if they are her own. It makes me feel so much better knowing they are happy, loved, and well cared for in my absence. I highly recommend Ashley!

Information Ashley S. would like to know about your pet
No breed restrictions. We love all dogs, big and small. We just ask that your dog is up to date on shots and is on preventative meds, as we have a happy, healthy pup at home. Rabies and distemper vaccinations are a must. Proof of up-to-date vaccination history required before your pet will be approved to stay overnight or for doggy daycare.
A typical day
We are close by to plenty of dog-friendly parks! If your dog is healthy and active, We'd love to take him/her for hikes at Sleeping Giant! Sleeping Giant offers many different trail difficulty levels. We can also go to the Quinnipiac Linear Trail for an easy, beautiful flat walk, or find a fun loop close by to home. Whatever your dogs walking needs are, we will map it out and get them moving! I'm also only taking one dog at a time. This way, your dog gets all the love, care, and attention he or she desires. We are committed to lots of snuggle-time, play-time, and potty breaks and walks for your little family member. I love to be outdoors, and as long as it's okay with you, we'll most likely get in the car and go for a ride, and head to a park for some exploring!
