A good pet sitter recognizes the needs of your pet & responds to them. For example, I can realize when your cat doesn’t want to play anymore and give her space. I handle all pets affectionately and never use physical punishment or force, like dragging on your dog's leash during a walk. For high energy dogs, I love taking them for a run with my rollerblades.
