Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs, cats, horses and cows and currently have 4 dogs of my own. I have a German Shepherd, 10 years old, and an Aussie mix, 5 years old, a border collie, 3 years old and our sweet St Thomas mutt 1.5 years old. I am comfortable with all sizes and types of dogs. They can be high energy or lazy, I love them all. I definitely understand the importance of good care when it comes to your fur babies. We've had our dogs since they were puppies and am diligent about keeping them in good health. Rest easy knowing I'll love your dogs as my own. Available during the summer! I work in a school and therefore, easily and usually available during school holidays. I am also available in the evenings or weekends during the school year.

Ashley did such an amazing job walking my dog, Rusty! He's a pretty hyperactive American staffordshire terrier mix that is always reacting to other dogs passing by, definitely not the easiest dog to walk, but she was able to handle him with no problem. I know she has 4 dogs of her own at home, so it's clear that Ashley is great at connecting with dogs of any kind and any temperament. Highly recommend her!

If a client has a fenced yard I will definitely supervise as their pups are outside. During walks I do not allow dogs from others walking approach a client's dog and will ensure everyone's safety by usually crossing the street or stepping aside.

A typical day
We will enjoy walks around your neighborhood, play fetch in the yard or even go to the park if we have time! Or we can just cuddle if that's all your dog needs to be happy and healthy while you're away!

Availability
During the school year I can usually do after 4:00 during the week and then weekends I can be more flexible. We have four of our own pups and I know how important it is to try to keep them on a schedule.
