When I care for my pets at home, I make sure they have are care for according to Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs. They must have proper and hygienic air, water, bedding, and pet insurance to cover their medical emergencies. I make sure they are safe from harm by removing all artificial cleaning chemicals from my shopping cart, make sure their shots are current, and are well groomed to keep them healthy. They also need love and to feel like they belong. So I always play with them l, praise them, give them exercise, and a treat when deserved. It goes without saying that I would provide any other animal in my care with the same level of care as they are God’s creatures and deserve respect.
