Pet care experience
I'm a huge animal lover and know how important it is to ensure that your pet is cared for while you're away. I have experience caring for senior animals, ones with special medical and physical requirements, as well as administering medication. I also have experience caring for cats, rodents, and chickens. I am quiet and clean. I love putting personal touches on my work. I also love spoiling pooches with treats and toys but will follow any guidelines set for your dog. I have taken care of all kinds of animals and I am excited to meet your furry pal or pals. I will care for your animal like it were my own!

Ashley stayed at our house to take care of our two cats and one year old Golden Retriever for a week while we were on vacation. She took such good care of our boys and took our dog on lots of walks and played with him in the backyard a lot too! She sent adorable pictures and a daily update and was invaluable when our street was unexpectedly paved and all cars had to be off the street or be towed! She cleaned the house & washed the sheets & towels before we got home and left us a sweet little surprise! We would absolutely have her take care of our pets in the future!
Ashley was great! Me and Tanner hit it off with her first visit. She kept me updated every day with how he was doing and sent me pictures of him as well..she even bought him a new stuffed puppy toy that he adores! And further, when I arrived home, the house was nice and tidy, Tanner was freshly bathed..and even left me a nice card and flowers thanking me for letting her dog sit for me. All is this said, I highly recommend Ashley, and would gladly reach out to her with my future pet sitting needs.
Ashley was communicative, kind, and attentive to our dogs’ needs! We have older dogs with mobility issues who require meds, and one dog who is slow to warm to new people, and Ashley handled all of that confidently. We immediately booked her again.
Ashley took great care of our clingy kitty. She was a exceptionally considerate house sitter and very accommodating!

I am very detail oriented and I know how important it is to spend extra time giving pets all of the love they deserve. If I am dropping in for a walk, I will make sure to follow any instructions to follow training the dog has been through.

I ask that owners provide information on the dog's temperament, what they are and are not allowed to do/eat. Also, if the dog is good around other dogs or kids in case I take them to a park. Having vet information is also very important, as well as a contact for a friend or family member in town. I also like to know if dogs do well around other dogs or children so I know how to walk them safely.
A typical day
I love to take dogs for a hike or run in the mornings before it gets too warm. I also like walks through Highland Park or playing fetch at the dog park! During the summer, it's always fun to take dogs out to swim and play. I try to spend as much time with my "clients" as possible, so it's typically a lot of walks and playing fetch. Cuddles on the couch if it's bad weather or your pup isn't one for excursions.

Availability
I do have a full-time job but it is remote work so I am able to devote my days to being attentive to pets. I am available to take them out several times a day for quick potty breaks or longer walks for exercise.
