Pet care experience
I am an experienced pet parent who believes that positive reinforcement and kindness are the best tools for communicating with pets. My pets, 4 cats, and an amazing dog, are like my children, so I do not take the responsibility of caring for other's pets lightly. I have experience in dog care, as well as extensive experience in cat behavior modification. I am an Animal Reiki practitioner which I initially learned to help calm my puppy who suffers from a neurological condition. I have since found the practice helpful in my interactions with all animals.

My puppy Charlie loves the dog park and requires we visit at least every other day. He is very well socialized and is always looking for more doggy friends! My car could accommodate another socialized dog on these excursions. We generally go for a least an hour depending on the weather.

I want your dog to feel comfortable and relaxed on our adventures, so understanding your dog's level of socialization is important to me. If your dog prefers its space from other dogs and people, I would avoid things like the dog park or crowded trails.
A typical day
I like to take advantage of Northern Colorado's amazing open spaces. My favorite spot to go is the North Sheilds ponds area because it offers amazing access to the Poudre without the crowds. The Spring Canyon park is another one of my favorite spots to visit with its diverse mixture of open space hikes, paved park walks, and a giant dog park.

I am currently a student online and have open availability throughout the day. My husband works early, so my days start around 6:00 am from which time I will be available to provide services.
