I’m Ashley and I love dogs! They are consistently loyal, kind, and loving, which makes them the perfect companion. From German Shepherds to Chihuahuas to Rottweilers and Pitbulls, I love every breed and size of animal and would love to get to know your pup! I had many dogs come into my life over the years and I've loved each one of them. Our family always got our dogs from people who were either treating them bad or didn't want them. Me and my mom would take dogs in, raise them, and help them find safe and secure homes. At one point we had a house full of three big dogs and five puppies. Each one was given away for free and now has loving homes with owners who take great care of them. I've also taken care of cats, birds, fish, lizards, and even a goose and raccoon at one point in time. Growing up on Staten Island, me and my brother would find all types of animals to care for! When I have your pet in my care, you can be assured that I will always respond to your texts and emails promptly, and that you will receive regular photo updates as well as videos. I like to send at least one video per walk. Just to ensure that you know your pet is being cared for appropriately. I don’t want any of my clients to feel like they are missing out on their pup’s day. I understand how hard it is to be away from your furry friend so I’ll be in constant communication so you always know your pup is safe and happy! I provided services for each pet individually. I allow the owners to choose the care they would like for their furry family members. I understand each one is different and must be cared for individually. I care for pets by not being on my phone all day. I provide your family members with my full undivided attention. I have no problem sending pictures and videos but asking me to provide videos every hour on the hour just means I am not providing your pets with my full attention. I am human I do sleep and eat as well, if you are looking for a sitter who will send you pictures and videos every hour including after midnight. Sadly I am not the sitter for you. I understand these are your babies but during walks I can only take so many pictures. I have to use my eyes ears and hands to insure the safety of your pets while they are with me. I like to provide my clients with my full undivided attention. I do not mind sending photos every 4hours up to 12am at night. After that time I am asleep until 6:30am. If you require photos and videos after that time, again sadly I am not the sitter for you. I am currently at home full-time due to the pandemic For the past year and a half I have dedicated 100% to Rover. I have been on the Rover app for the past five years I was only part time but now I am full-time. Sorry but I can not take animals who aren’t children friendly. ALL CATS MUST HAVE NAILS CLIPPED BEFORE STAY!!! (They don’t have to be declawed but nails must be clipped). I have video and audio recording 24/7 throughout my entire home as well as outside of the home to ensure the safety of your pets so even while I’m sleeping I will know everything that is going on. My cameras are motion censored anytime they detect movement they will automatically record audio as well as video. Hello I am happy that you have considered me to care for your family member/pet while you are away. If you could please provide me with The time in which you would like your pet to be dropped off so that I can ensure that I am available. For example if you would like care to begin at 5 PM as the drop off time than the pick up time must be 5 PM on the pick up date you can be approximately 30 minutes to an hour off but no more than that. This is to ensure that the 24 hour period Is maintained. I do provide pick up and drop off services for dogs under 20 pounds that reside within 2 miles of me the most. You must also be located next to public transit transportation. Unless you’re providing Uber services(to and from your residence). I do not give out my personal number for it is a violation of rover protocols. I also do not have outside rates! (Due to COVID clients will not be allowed in the home for meet and greets) The number that you have is not my personal number, so if you give it to someone else to contact me about your pet. I will not receive the message only the person who sets up and booked the appointment can contact me using Rover. Also if you can provide me with a list of times in which your pet eats as well as uses the bathroom to ensure that proper comfortability is provided. I do not have a car so if you would like your pet to be dropped off at a late time I will not be able to provide that service. (The latest drop off time if Uber services are not provide is 5pm) I can provide flexibility when it comes to bookings and extended stays. I also can provide flexibility when it comes to pick up times if it is from my residence. I also do require a meet and greet for ALL NEW CLIENTS. This is to ensure that both you and your pet are comfortable with me. When dropping off animals they can tend to feel abandoned and this can cause depression. I do not want that to happen so a meet and greet is required! If you do not want to do a meet and greet I will sadly not be able to provide services this is to ensure and protect my name as a sitter.
