Hello pet parents! My name is Ashley and I am a new mom. I am taking a break from my job as a music therapist to focus on my baby boy and our two pups, Clara and Gus. Clara is 7 years old while Gus is only one. I am responsible for feeding, walking, playing, bathing, and cleaning messes. We joke that Clara is a cat in a dog’s body because she is so serious and loves to climb on everything. Gus is just goofy and loves to play. They bring out the best in each other and it’s so fun to see them grow together. I periodically provide care for Elphie, my in-law’s 17 year old dachshund. She receives special food and requires increased potty breaks compared to our other pups. I carry her out to the backyard because she has lost significant visual ability.
