I started being a walker for my next door neighbors small and very timid dog back in high-school, that lead to regular dog sitting. This dog built a connection with me quickly and more than being trusting of me, she loved me (which she doesn’t hand out easily). I started meeting dogs locally and became a walker for a few dogs (at the time) and then started doing a lot of house/pet sitting the past 6 or 7 years or so. I have a very flexible lifestyle in terms of work and availability. Other than pet care, I am a yoga instructor so I have the majority of my day free to be home with your pet(s) and give them all of the love, care and attention that they deserve and need. Aside from that, i am a gardener in the summer. I have always felt close to the fur babies and love what I do. It’s truly the best job ever! I am currently a yoga instructor as well as a part time seasonal gardener. So- because of this I have loads of time during weekday and weekend to care for and keep your pets company. Just a few of my classes that I teach are in person, and the majority or actually remote from my computer so I can teach from anywhere. I have two kittys at home so I can only offer care in your home. When I am pet sitting I do 2-4 walks per day depending on the dog and their needs, on leashes to keep them safe. Morning/evening. We do lots of play time outside to keep them happy and engaged and snuggle time indoors. I am also a yoga teacher, so aside from a few classes per week, I care for a few regular pup clients per week and have a lot more availability in my weekly schedule to care for your dog, cat, whatever fur babe you have at home. I offer both over nights in your home, or drop in visits or walks. Drop in visits are typically 30-60 min depending on what your needs are. I have 2 kitties at home so at this time can only over a sit in your home. I am a very clean, tidy and responsible house and pet sitter always ensuring to leave it as clean or cleaner than I found it! In all honesty I prefer to spend a night in, cuddling with a pet on my lap. That’s why I LOVE this job. I have been doing this for a while now and can provide references!
