Hello friends! I’m glad you’re here to learn a bit about me! My name is Ashley and I have about 7 years experience In the animal world. I worked at multiple animal clinics, a rehabilitation center for possums, pet stores and more. I landed my career a few years ago as a dog groomer and absolutely love it. Almost everywhere I’ve worked has given me another leg up in learning about animals including the chance of learning to administer oral and topical meds as well as diabetic incisions while at vet clinics. I have one dog named Flynn who is my entire world, but I’ve had the chance to work with dogs, cats, horses, chickens, guinea hens, possums, snakes, honestly if you name it I’ve probably had the chance to at least meet it! I also know a good bit about training including body language to keep dogs safe while I watch them. During their stay I try to provide walks, pay time, enrichment and lots of pettings. Some things to note. I cannot currently take any fence jumpers my fence is only about 4 feet tall. I also can’t take any uncrate trained dogs unless they are seniors ; this is for everyone’s safety. I can take dogs that don’t like other dogs, I’m more than happy to keep my dog separated.
