Pet care experience
I have always loved animals, in particular dogs. I have a Black Lab/Great Dane mix of my own who I love to spoil. It’s important to me that your dogs are loved as much when you’re not home as when you’re there. I am an active person who loves long walks & would love to take your dog on an adventure. I am a veterinary technician (& future Dogtor) so I am well prepared should something ever happen while you are away from home. I have dog sat in the home on numerous occasions. I have watched everything from a calm Labrador, to a frisky small dog, and two wild and large puppy Irish Wolfhounds. No matter your dogs (or cat, gecko, etc) specifications I am happy to adapt & learn how to best love them. As a veterinary technician I am also able to provide services of nail trims, anal gland expression, and medication administration (oral or injection).

Ashley’s love for animals is second only to her love for Duke, her own dog. Throughout our time together I have been in involved in her animal rescues: from turtles crossing the road to pups being stuck in hot summer cars. Ashley brings not only responsibility and professionalism, but also an incredible love and passion for the pets entrusted to her.

She was absolutely AMAZING! She came to watch my two dogs at the drop of a hat, stayed pretty much all day and the house was still clean when I got home (huge bonus!). My dog is very shy and stand-offish towards new people at first but she was sending me pictures within the first hour of him in her lap and loving all over her. She kept me updated on his medical condition and sent pictures of both of my dogs all day, she even took them for a walk and I didn’t ask. I can’t say enough about this girl. 10/10 would recommend and use her again! You’re awesome Ashley :)
Ashley has a gift with dogs and in training them. When she was in middle school she trained her family’s lab to do tricks for her talent show, and now years later has trained her own dog who is very well behaved. I spoil my baby (dog) and always trust Ashley with her. I never am concerned as I know she is being well loved and treated as Ashley would her own. Ashley is very responsible and I would trust her in an emergency should it occur. I’ve never met a dog who doesn’t love her!
