Pet care experience
I’ve trained and taken care of dogs since I was 6. I’ve been a professional trainer since I was 19. Energy is very important. I like to remain calm, respectful and assertive. I’ve personally owned 2 golden retrievers, rotties, German Shepherd and yorkies. My baby now was a rescue, his dna came back mastiff mixed with Belgian Malinois and Staffy.

I’m a single mom to a beautiful little girl and 1 fur baby. They are my world and we like to treat our furry friends as extended family. I’m extremely calm and patient and love to make everyone feel right at home. We stay active and I like to strengthen the bond with my pup, so daily walks are very important. Each household has different rules as well and I believe it’s important to be respectful of that. My puppy has a lot of energy but he’s very sweet and gets along with other dogs. My little girl is 3 and she is learning to be respectful of dogs spaces and how to pet/handle dogs properly. There’s no shortage of kisses and hugs here!

I think the important things would be what the dogs temperament is, if they have any medical conditions that need to be monitored, the amount of exercise they require or what their limits are and the feeding schedule.
A typical day
Dogs need to be stimulated physically and mentally to stay happy and healthy. I like to take walks at the beach or local park. Also there are some nearby hiking trails. Dogs bond with us a few ways, the main one is walking since they are pack animals. It’s always my goal to make sure the dog can trust me. Plus who doesn’t love being in nature?!

Availability
I’m working full time but it’s only seasonal. I’m still available for boarding,walks,drop ins after 5:30pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. My schedule will open up more come February.
