I moved here from Alabama in October. I walk my own dog daily and would love the company of your pet or would love the extra exercise on solo walks. I have a car and can provide transportation to the dog park or to a groomer or anywhere you may need within the local area. I can do feedings, playtime, exercise, or sit and give extensive belly and ear rubs if your dog prefers. I come from a family of veterinarians and a cow farm so my history with animals is extensive. I have had animals with special needs such as deafness and blindness. My job in Alabama was working with children on the Autism spectrum and providing boundaries for children and parents in the home environment. This background carries over into my animal life as I am very careful to always keep the environment, schedules, and routines as consistent as possible for the pet. Consistency and routine are important to me so while your dog will be spoiled, your directions for me will be followed exactly as if it were you. I love all animals, even snakes. I have worked at a therapeutic horseback riding barn and had animals all my life. I own a Yorkie named Lily Pearl, she is 3.5 pounds and the most social dog I have ever owned. She can stay at my apt if you prefer. Her size is small but she has played with dogs up to 100 pounds and held her own, but I will defer to your preference with regards to bringing her. Your animal will be spoiled and loved as much as Lily Pearl is, which is a lot. Other animals I have experience with include: bunnies, lizards, snakes, cats, dogs, and goats.
