I've been caring for animals my whole life. I have formal training in positive reinforcement from working at a humane society and am comfortable handling pets with a variety of behavior issues. I believe that being a kind, patient, and confident leader is what every pet needs. I am extremely comfortable around fearful or highly exuberant dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds and specialize in shelter dogs and cats. Willing to play, hike, walk, groom, or just provide companionship for your dog while you're away. I'll accommodate to your needs! Your dog will love that I am not only fun and love playing but I also can be quiet and calm for those dogs that aren't so outgoing. I have had multiple foster dogs and I am comfortable administering medication as well. I have experience with dogs that are dog reactive, door darters, have separation anxiety, are jumpy/mouthy and fearful. That being said I am very patient and kind and will respect your dog or cats needs whatever they may be (including not touching them if they are fearful).
