Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my whole life. I currently have joint custody with my Mom of my English Bulldog, Buttercup. She comes once a month for a week. I have worked at an animal shelter for 3 years with dogs of all varieties, so I have experience with cleaning and feeding. Any time I get to spend with dogs is enjoyed! I live in a townhouse, and it has a dog park and is next to trails. We also have a lot of room for them to explore and play in. I am able to keep up a consistent schedule of walking, potty breaks, and feeding with ease. Any special instructions are welcomed along with any extra needs for them!

I have a 2 bedroom townhouse with plenty of room for activities! It also has a dog park on sight and is within walking distance to another very spacious park area with walking trails. I can adhere to any routine that is needed as far as activity level or hygiene.

Let me know if you're animal has any special needs that I will need to accommodate! After working in an animal shelter for a few years, I have gotten quite a bit of experience working with different types of dogs and cats of all ages and know each one is particular! I have no preference for breeds, but if it is being boarded I do prefer them to be potty trained.
A typical day
I have a couple hikes in the area that are dog friendly that we can go check out. If the dog enjoys swimming, there are also some hikes that have shallow pools of water to adventure through. If the animal is low energy, I am more than happy to cuddle and relax around the house.

I work Monday through Friday 7-4 with a hour long lunch break each day, so they will not be missing having company for too long!
