I have had interaction with many dogs throughout the years to have an understanding on personalities. Breeds I have owned in the past include Chocolate Labrador, Yellow Labrador, and a Standard size American Eskimo (he lived to be 17 years old). Currently I own a Border Collie Labrador mix and an Australian Shepherd mix who both have taught me quite a bit about dog aggression, high energy, and interaction. I have raised them since they were 6 months to 3 years old where I have personally taught them over nine commands (sit, stay, rollover, speak, hop, foot, other foot, down, up, crate, eat, etc). I have also re-trained my mothers dog she adopted from a shelter at the age of 2 (border collie/beagle mix that didn't receive training) to sit, stay, rollover, down, and off.
