Pet care experience
I have been responsible for animals of all shapes and sizes for many years. I run a successful pet boarding business from my home, but have just recently moved to the area and would like to expand my clientele. I love all animals so much, just like they were my own human children. I have and will literally do anything to protect any animal. I've rescued many cats and dogs from awful situations, and I have my own cats and dogs that mean the world to me. I don't have children, and I am a work from home wife. So I am home 100% of the time. I NEVER leave any animal that's in my care, unattended. I have a pretty good sized home with a huge finished VERY dog friendly basement filled with toys, beds, blankets, a sofa, crates (I only crate if I'm asked to), endless supply of filtered water. and a huge 100% fenced/locked back yard. I also have gates at the top and bottom of my stairs, to insure that no dogs can escape out my front door. Pets are allowed on my furniture, and in my bed. It wouldn't be a home if the animals couldn't be comfy also. :) All the animals in my home are up to date on all shots, and I require the same for any pets that I care for. Can never be too safe. :) I have three cats of my own. They are very dog friendly and just keep to themselves. I have two small dogs, Jax and Toby, and a beagle Milo, who we've rescued and fell in love with. I am also caring for a five month old Pitbull, who we've rescued. She is great with other dogs, not aggressive at all, but is your regular old puppy who is super hyper, but also sleeps a lot. I have never had any dog fights happen, because I am a pretty good judge of body language. If I feel something isn't right, I separate immediately. And in my home, any seclusion is not a "punishment". No matter if I have to separate up stairs and downstairs, everyone will still be comfy and be able to have fun. And I don't ignore anyone. I am sorry this is so long winded, but I am very good at my job, and very thorough with details. I like to make sure my clients feel comfortable and have no worries when working with me. I love all animals so much, and I love my job. I would love to meet you and your furbabies!

Ashley is very professional and caring. I left my dog with her 2x and will definitely use her again. I give Ashley an A+ rating.
Ashley was very sweet, welcoming, and hospitable. Milton has stayed with her twice so far, and did great both times. She was very accommodating for our drop-off and pick-up time needs also. We look forward to Ashley hopefully being available for our future boarding needs as well.
Ashley was lovely - easy to work with, friendly, warm... I could tell that our Meg felt immediately very comfortable with her, so we were perfectly at ease leaving her. She was sweet to send updates and pictures to reassure us while we were gone. Meg was glad to see us, but was not quick to pull away from Ashley, telling me that she had made a connection. We will definitely use her again - it was just like Meg was at a sleepover!! :)
Awesome first time DogVacay experience! Ashley was very friendly and accommodating. Meet & Greet was easily coordinated and we left knowing we selected a great home for Luna while we were on holiday vacation. Throughout the trip, Ashley kept me updated - a very nice surprise. The drop off service was greatly appreciated and made the whole experience amazing. We would not hesitate to have Ashley host Luna again!
