Pet care experience
I have had some experience with taking care of dogs for friends and family. Although I have considered myself as really more of a cat person (gasp!) I have had some pretty good times with the dogs I have encountered, and they all share one thing in common: they need to stay active. I find that is something that I have in common with them, and I look at it as a mutually beneficial relationship. I enjoy dog-walking and feeding and playing with dogs, so I am open to do drop-in visits as well. If you need someone to feed and potty and play with your dog for 30 minutes, I am up for it! I am available from 7-3 Monday through Wednesday. Thank you for taking the time to go through my profile!

Do they have any anxiety problems or behavioral problems? What are their attitudes toward other humans and dogs? Also, tell me whether they are leash-trained or house-broken so I will have an idea of what to prepare for. I don't have any breed preferences, but I will always let a dog know that I am in charge and I will not accept a dog that is bigger (6ft or more) or weighs more than me.
A typical day
We could go for a Lake-walk, (hey this is Duluth!) or we could go walk down Superior St. Or any special route through your neighborhood, I'm flexible. Also, if they have any toys they usually like to play with, we could bring those with us so they have the experience of playing outside. But if it is rainy and yucky outside, we can play inside, too.
