Pet care experience
I've spent time with dogs in veterinary, animal shelter and personal settings my entire life. There is a special bond between humans and animals, especially dogs, that brings great meaning, joy and knowledge to each day. I have valuable academic and veterinary technician experience in animal care, health and behavior. My passion for dogs and their wellbeing drives me daily. When I care for someone else's dog, I love them and treat them the way I would want myself, my pets or anyone else to be treated. Animals deserve compassion, respect, kindness, attendance and guidance and that is what i have to offer. I thoroughly enjoy the company of dogs. I'm in tune with their needs, observant of behavior and appreciate the honor of earning their trust.

Are they fearful of humans they don’t yet know? Are there any specific medical requirements or medical conditions to be mindful of? Are they up to date on their vaccinations and heart worm prevention?
A typical day
I’ll walk them whenever they desire to walk me and ensure their safety. If the temperature is too hot I’ll keep the walks short to avoid overheating. It really depends on the individual. If they enjoy playing, we’ll play, if they enjoy cuddling and bonding, that’s what we’ll do.

I’m a full time veterinary assistant/nurse at a local veterinary ER. We’re open 24/7 and I work the swing shift 4pm - 2 am, Saturday, Wednesday and Thursday.
