Pet care experience
My family has always had pets for as long as I can remember. Around age 15, I started taking on more responsibility in caring for our dogs! Once I moved out on my own after college, I got my own pets to care for, and I now have a dog and three cats at my home. I'm an animal lover, and even volunteer to clean out cat cages for the Jackson Friends of the Animal Shelter each week so I can spend time with more sweet kitties! I would love to meet your fur-babies as well!

As a pet parent, I know how stressful it can be on our pets while we are out of town. Finding a way to keep them happy and relaxed can be difficult, but I am happy to keep your fur-babies to their normal routine and give them all the attention they need in your absence! I can accommodate nearly any circumstances you throw at me! Does your cat require treats to keep them happy as mine do? No problem! Does your dog need time to play fetch in the backyard to run off some of its excess energy? I'm up for it! Let me know how I can keep your pups (or cats) happy while you're away!

Please tell me your pet's disposition and what type of behaviors to expect from them. Also helpful would be their favorite activities and treats, and anything else I need to know to keep them happy while you are away. If I need to walk your dog, please explain if they walk well on a leash, have any fears we may encounter on our walks (ie cars, etc.), or if they have any other quirks I should know about.
A typical day
Walks are always a fun time! Wandering through the neighborhood to give your pup a chance to explore, a favorite activity of my dog is to chase each other through the yard and give her lots of praise when she inevitably catches me. I'm happy to do whatever activity your dog loves! If they are high energy as my dog is, I'm happy to play fetch, tug, chase, or any other game they enjoy! If they are laid back and just want snuggles, I can handle that, too!

I currently work 8:30 am- 4:30 pm through the week at an office job in Ridgeland. With an hour for lunch and a shorter workday, I have plenty of time to stop by to play with your dogs and cats during the day!
