We have boarded Rex and Ami at the vet before, but wanted them to feel more at home so we decided to try Rover. WOW! We definitely lucked out with Ashley and will be using her again if we need to leave our dogs. 1) Communication: on point! even throughout the whole booking process, Ashley helped us understand how Rover worked. She was also patient with our million questions! Ashley sent daily pictures and texts updating us on the well being of Rex and Ami. 2) Attention to detail: there is a difference between taking care of someone's pets and understanding them. Ashley showed throughout their stay she was attentive to their needs and things we shared about Rex and Ami. That in itself blew my mind away. If you are reading this, do not hesitate to book Ashley. Ashley took care of our 4 fur babies (3 dogs and 1 cat) when we went to Panama for 10 days. She did an amazing job. We have always been extremely apprehensive to have people in our home when we are away, until we met Ashley. She is kind and friendly and you can tell she really loves animals. We felt very secure knowing she was with our babies in our home. There was even an incident with one of our dogs that has severe anxiety issues and she handled it with ease
