I've been told by clients that their dog seems more well-adjusted when done with me than with previous sitters. I also have experience with special needs animals including a blind dog and a diabetic cat, so giving medicine or injections aren't problems for me. I have had cats and dogs most of my life, but I haven't had pets of my own since I moved to the Cities, so I take every sitting as an opportunity to treat those animals as if they were my own. I've been cat-sitting for three years and dog sitting for one year. My day job is full-time Monday to Friday from about 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so evenings and weekend are the best times for me to take care of animals.
