Pet care experience
I havee 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own that will be kept completely isolated from your pets— we have a finished basement with a separate entrance where your pets will stay. I will stay downstairs with them almost all of the time but do require all dogs to be crate trained so they can be crated when I am not able to be with them for their safety and to avoid potential damage to my home. I cannot accommodate dogs that are known “barkers”, quiet dogs only. I am an animal lover— I love all types and breeds of pets. Send me a message, I will find a way to accommodate you and your pet(s) however please note I cannot accept dogs with a bite history or who are disruptive or destructive. (Excessive barking, chewing, etc) I can do light grooming and administer medication for an extra charge*

Pets were happy and Ashley was great!
This was our first time using Rover, and also our first time being away from our dog in many years. And I am so glad we had Ashley for this experience. She was responsive, flexible, understanding and everything you can ask for. Ashley was so caring with our Charlotte. She was in-tune with our dogs emotional and physical needs. She provided timely updates and lots of pictures. During pick up, I could tell Charlotte had a great experience at Ashley's. We are also new to the area, and we are so lucky to have found a sitter who treats our fur baby like one of her own. I can't wait for our upcoming vacation, as I know our family will have a good and worry-free time, knowing our pup is in Ashley's care.
Ashley has taken care of my cats twice and both times she's been wonderful! My shy guy even comes out to see her when she stops in. Highly recommend her services!

I do have two dogs of my own that I can introduce to your dogs by request, as long as I think their temperaments are a good match for each other. I prefer to keep the dogs seperate when possible just for less to handle at once but can socialize if needed. I stay with them and can sleep with them if that’s what they’re used to!

I prefer to meet the pets beforehand but this isn’t mandatory, depending on temperament. We would need to chat about your animals needs and temperament so that I can know what I need to do :) Other than that absolutely no other requirements. In my home I do require that all pets be treated for fleas and worms as I have animals of my own I need to protect.
A typical day
I’m a pretty active person, so can accommodate walks and/or hikes, weather depending! For the dogs safety I would prefer not to walk if hotter than 30 degrees, or colder than -20 degrees.
