Some background on me. I’m 30 years old. I am a registered nurse who loves animals and looking into doing drop in visits and walks part-time. I have years of experience with animals. Did professional dog walking while I was in college. Also worked in an emergency vet previously. I’m CPR trained. Experienced in administering medicine, can do wound care, and other special medical needs. I can provide you peace of mind while you are out. No longer have to worry about if they are getting into things or if they have to potty. I can give baths, trim nails, or brush fur. I love going for walks for fresh air and the dogs love it too. I've handled any bred including pitbulls. My brother has two. I love all animals and I know the frustration of making sure your pet is in good hands. I first found out about Rover when I had to find someone to watch my dog Maci. Loved the experience and want to offer the same to other people. Dogs are social animals and need some type of interaction, especially on your long work days.

I've watched dogs from a tiny 4 lb chihuahua to a Great Dane. Would like to know about the dogs needs ahead of time and what their norm is. What is their usual walking distance/time? Are they aggressive on or off the leash towards people or other animals? Do they have any medical conditions like heart conditions, seizures, or etc?
A typical day
Depends on the needs of your dogs and what they can handle. For instance, some senior dogs cannot tolerate long walks. Other dogs might thrive on longer walks. If it’s hot outside and the pavement is too hot to walk on then I might think of other activities during the time-frame I’ll be at your house. Every dog is different.

Availability
My schedule is pretty flexible can drop in anywhere from early morning until late afternoon. I work night shift so I wouldn’t be able to do any drop-in’s or walks after 4:30 pm the nights I work. But the nights I don’t work, I am free.
