Pet care experience
I have always had a love and passion for all animals since I was very young. I currently have 3 dogs of my own! I have experience walking and sitting for dogs of many different sizes and breeds, from toy poodles to a pit bull, so I know how to care for and handle different sizes and personalities, which make every dog unique. I also have experience in walking multiple dogs at a time, from the same household, portioning meals, along with administering medications. I began caring for dogs around the year 2002. My goal for every walk is to make the dogs in my care happy. I love to see how excited they get when I come to take them out for a walk!

A typical day
There are 2 dog parks in my apartment complex, if that is something your dog would enjoy to play in. I can run with very energetic dogs to help burn off energy. I will be patient and make it a priority to try to get the dogs to use the bathroom while we are out. If there are parks nearby, I would take the dogs on a walk through the path in the park and allow him or her to have their fun, which sometimes involves investigating the area and picking up the scents of other dogs. I will also make time for belly rubs and scratches, if this is something the dog enjoys. It helps me to bond with the dogs and allows them the chance to begin to accept me and trust me.
