Ashley was very easy to communicate with. She took good care of my dog and sent me updates. My dog had a great time and he was happy when he came home. I am so happy that we know Ashley now.

Ashley is so warm and friendly--as are her husband and newborn--but I found it odd that she only walks the dogs if asked to do so. Even if asked, it sounds like a very short walk, once a day, is all you should expect. Additionally, she describes herself as a boarder who's home for most of the day (which is one of the reasons we chose her, as our dog doesn't like to be left alone), and yet when trying to schedule dropoff/pickup, it became apparent that she's gone for a few (or more) hours at a time throughout the day.
