I have had a dog my entire life. I was lucky enough to grow up with a medium sized dog. I was given the chores of bathing and picking up their droppings throughout the yard. After the passing, my family adopted a dog from the animal shelter. Huckleberry is a smaller dog with a lot of energy. I tend to do more of the grooming with this dog. From brushing to brushing his teeth I am able to complete all the tasks. I have dog sat many of my neighbors dogs. Those responsibilities included going over to feed and give water. I along with that played with the dog and picked up droppings throughout the yard. I watched over a couple dogs with different medical problems and I never had an issue with any of their needs. My other relevant skills are that I am a student athlete, so I am very active and always looking for a running partner. If the dog requires a walk or run there is a 100% chance that I will take care of that. I am responsible and able to follow important directions to ensure the best care of the animal. p.s. I am very in love with bull dogs and corgis! But, really all dogs are amazing!
