Pet care experience
Dogs will be treated as part of my family. I did dog rescue for many years and have worked with all kinds of dogs. While your dog is with me he/she will get lots of love and attention. We will take walks and play in the yard. I am happy to brush dogs who require regular brushing.I am happy to take your dog for a ride if that is something he/she enjoys. My Chihuahua Pearl had a wonderful time staying with Ashley and her dog, Owen! Pearl always lets me know whether she's enjoyed herself or not while I've been away, and after her weekend at Ashley's place she was clearly pleased as punch. I think she might even have been disappointed to have to come back home! I also really appreciated Ashley's flexibility and communication, and her generous willingness to take care of Pearl at the last minute over a holiday weekend.
My 12 year old fur baby had never been to a kennel. I've always had family or friends available to dog-sit for me. Last weekend my family and I were going away together so I had no one to stay with my boy. I booked with Ashley because I got a sincere feeling that she would provide Buddy with the caring home environment he was used to. I felt comfortable from the moment I dropped him off. I received messages and photos that confirmed my positive opinion. Buddy was happy and calm when I picked him up. I couldn't be happier that I have found a place for my boy when I can't be with him.
Clementine was welcomed warmly and right at home with Ashley and her dog Owen. Ashley made the dropoff and pickup super easy!

I will walk your dog through the quiet fields across from my house. . I would love to play fetch with your dog. Maybe your dog also loves to lie on the couch and snuggle. I am great at that!

Availability
I work 7:15-3:15 and will give your dog a nice walk before leaving my home. Afternoons will include another walk and outside play time. Your dog will also have plenty of time to play with me in the backyard.
