We base our service area on where we can go by foot or bus while still being able to keep all of our appointments. COVID INFORMATION: We will be masking during meet and greets, it is appreciated if you do as well but not expected. Both of us have been vaccinated and boosted. Should we have any exposure or experience any symptoms our clients will be notified ASAP. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions or concerns re: COVID. We want to do our part to keep everyone as healthy as possible!! Both of us have been taking care of animals our whole lives for our family, friends & roommates and decided to pursue it professionally in the summer of 2018, when we joined Rover. Joining Rover has been an absolute delight and nothing makes us happier than bringing peace of mind to owners and their pets. We understand that every animal has their own personality & needs and we will always be patient and accommodating. We know how much you and your pets value consistency and will make sure we follow your rules, training and schedule to the best of our ability. Making sure that your pet is happy and safe is our number one priority and we'll always be sure to reach out with questions to ensure that we're providing them with the best care possible. In addition to the Rover Guarantee, we also have our own insurance through PCI. We have plenty of experience caring for both cats and dogs and have no limits re: breed, age, etc. Animals are truly a source of joy for us and we feel privileged that we get to take care of people's pets for a living! (Please note that we ONLY watch cats and dogs. We will feed your fish or chicken, but cannot care for any other pets.) We typically prefer to schedule a meet and greet before all visits when possible so that we can make sure we are a good fit for you and your pet. A note on animals with health or behavioral issues: If your pet has health problems and needs special care such as being given medication or assistance with walking, we will do our best to meet your needs. However, we have no formal veterinary training and if your pet's needs are beyond the care we feel we can safely provide, we may decline your request. If we feel that your animal's behavior is likely to put us, your animal or another animal in danger and there is no solution in place or being actively pursued, we may decide that we can no longer care for your animal. If you are aware of your pet's behavior and are actively working on training or other solutions, please let us know and we will be happy to chat with you about your situation and see if we are a good fit.
