Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to care for your pet in your home as I live in a one bedroom apartment. I may be able to take small dogs and cats in my home for short periods.
Information Ashley C. would like to know about your pet
Before taking care of your pet, it’s important that I know any special needs or routines they have so I can make sure they’re safe and comfortable. This includes information about their diet, feeding schedule, and any medications they may be taking. I’d also want to know about their typical behaviors—such as how they react to strangers, other animals, or being left alone—so I can help them feel relaxed and avoid stress. If they have any health conditions, allergies, or triggers (like loud noises or certain foods), that’s crucial to know as well. Understanding their preferences, like favorite toys, treats, and how they like to be comforted, will also help me make sure they feel happy and cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
If I were pet sitting your pet, I would make sure they felt comfortable, safe, and loved while you were away. I’d spend time playing with them using their favorite toys, take them on walks if they enjoy going outside, and give them plenty of gentle attention and affection. I’d also stick closely to their usual routine for feeding, bathroom breaks, and any medications to help them feel secure. Most importantly, I’d make sure they get lots of companionship so they don’t feel lonely and still have a fun, happy time until you return.

Experienced pet sitter!
Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs and cats from a young age. I have worked at a veterinary office and feel comfortable giving medications and taking care of animals with illness and medical needs.
