Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a Certified Veterinary Technician living here in beautiful Bozeman. As a lifelong lover of everything that walks on four legs, a career working with animals seemed a natural choice. I am open to working with both cats and dogs of all sizes. I have patience and experience, so I am willing to take on even the most rambunctious of furry friends! I would love to take your dog on a refreshing walk down one of Bozeman's many amazing trails, throw frisbee to their heart's content, or just hang out on the couch and snuggle, whatever makes them happiest! I genuinely care about each and every animal that I meet, and want to help to make their lives as happy and fulfilling as possible. I can’t recommend Ashley enough. We’ve used a lot of Rover sitters since moving to Bozeman, but she’s our favorite! She was so accommodating and understanding about a few of our rescue dogs little “quirks”, and Lola warmed up to her more quickly than she ever has with other sitters. Ashley also went above and beyond with communication, which I really appreciated. She was so responsive and gave legitimate updates rather than just saying, “Oh, things are great!” She provided pictures, too! She also left our home clean and when we came back Lola seemed very relaxed and well-cared for. It can be so daunting leaving your fur baby with a sitter, but Ashley really put my mind at ease from the get-go, and I will definitely be getting in touch again for future visits. Ashley has such a caring and loyal heart and she has a passion for animals. As an experienced and licensed Vet Tech, she is very competent in caring for dogs, as well as numerous other animals. She currently works in an after hours vet clinic, so deals with emergency cases of cats and dogs in trauma. She has also worked in a regular clinic and has even done an externship with the Wildlife Center of Virginia, where she helped care for everything from birds to bears. Ashley loves the outdoors and can usually be found hiking, snow-shoeing or cross country skiing on her days off. This passion for the outdoors combined with her love of dogs make Ashley the perfect person to care for dogs as a dog sitter and/or as a dog walker.
