Pet care experience
My passion is animals. I lived in Utah and Managed a No Kill, Non-Profit Rescue and Rehabilitation Ranch for small animals for 6 years. While there, I had hands on experience as a veterinarian technician in addition to rescuing dogs and cats from kill shelter, saving lives and placing those precious lives in loving homes. I moved back to Indiana in 2016 where I worked as a veterinarian assistant for 2 years. Needless to say, you’re animals will be in caring and knowledgeable hands when you can’t be there! I also have a 5 year old son, Austin, and a 14 1/2 year old special needs chihuahua, Echo. She had to have her back left leg amputated and her right eye enaculated due to injury when she arrived at the Rehabilitation Ranch. Buddy is a 7 year old Shih Tzu and Jade is a 9 year old Rottweiler. Dogs are my favorite! Prior to Utah, I volunteered at local shelters in town on a regular basis.

Ashley was incredible! This weekend was the first time we've left our babies with anyone but family in a very long time. She made leaving for a few days so easy and worry-free! Not only did we get constant updates and pictures, but we got someone who loves our fur babies almost as much as we do! We look forward to booking with her again in the near future!!

I don’t have any breed preferences. It would be helpful to know if you’re dog likes other dogs, is skiddish of certain things, has certain quirks or behaviors.
A typical day
I would gladly take you’re dog on a walk around the neighborhood or nearby park. Play fetch or go to a dog park, if that’s what you’re dogs into. Play a good game of tug of war and always offer some great snuggles and lots of lovin!

I’m currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for your furry loved ones! I’m happy to administer any medications, feed, walks and playtime.
